- Susan Ragsdale & Ann Saylor – Susan and Ann are nationally recognized trainers and best-selling authors with a collective 45 years of experience in the field of youth development and leadership. Their professional development sessions and books thematically follow a strength-based approach for both individual and group development; they build skills, energize experiences, engage others, and impact relationships. - Jackie Hansom – Jackie is a facilitator of youth-driven community change. As a former high school educator and a volunteer manager for Teach for America and Hands On Nashville, Jackie has experience in project development, event management, youth leadership development and facilitation. She currently support STARS Nashville which challenges students to examine their attitudes towards bullying, and she collaborates with The Asset Edge on youth and community development programming.
- Daniel Horgan – Daniel is the CEO of the D.G. Horgan Group and founder of the Community Impact Academy. He has 18 years of experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, corporate social responsibility and youth development. He has worked with Fortune 100 and 500 companies, national and local nonprofit organizations, school districts and foundations. Daniel is the author of Tell Me I Can’t…and I Will and his work has been featured in Forbes, Huffington Post, and dozens of local media outlets across the country.
